The funding portal does not currently have marketing agreements in place.

As marketing agreements with issuers and/or third party marketing services providers are signed, they will be made available here.

The Liquid Crowd funding portal is not registered as a broker under Canadian securities legislation but benefits from Regulation 45-110 respecting Start-up Crowdfunding Registration and Prospectus Exemptions.

The Liquid Crowd funding portal funding portal will hold each purchaser’s assets separate and apart from the funding portal’s own assets, in trust for the purchaser, and in the case of cash, in a designated trust account at a Canadian financial institution;

Liquid Crowd does not provide any advice about the suitability of eligible securities or the merits of the investment.
